Open Parcel Policy

Customers are allowed to open and inspect the parcel in front of the delivery rider before accepting the order.

Please note that inspection is limited to verifying the product received. The product should not be used, worn outdoors, damaged, or altered during inspection.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product was delivered.

  • Product is damaged during shipping.

  • Product has a manufacturing defect.

  • Product received is significantly different from the order placed.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Product does not fit your face shape.

  • Customer does not like the style, color, or appearance.

  • Customer ordered the wrong product.

  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings or photography.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the order.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item if found defective or damaged.
